Dear colleagues, dear prospective organiser of events for the Day of Printing 2020,
we hope you had a nice relaxed festive season!
The highly successful Day of printing which was organised in the Spring of last year will take place again this year in the 15 March. And with the new year, our project website came to life on January 3, 2020. If you are interested in organising an event as part of the Day of printing you will find the registration form on our brand new website.
A few points to bear in mind when registering:
- If you plan to hold events in several locations, please register each event location individually. You can establish connections to the other locations in the respective event descriptions. This procedure is necessary because only one address can be processed on the interactive map of Germany.
- We would also like to ask you once again to make your entry as conscientiously as possible in order to keep manual changes on our site as few as possible. Typing errors in the event address would also result in your event not showing on the map. If in doubt, google your event address and copy the data provided by Google.
- If you upload images, please state at least the author or rights holder. With the upload, you also agree that we may use the image(s) for internet-based advertising for the Day of printing.
- If the error devil has crept in, please send requests for changes to post@bbk-bundesverband.de or call us on +49(0)30 2640970.
After submitting the form, your entry will be editorially checked before it is published. Events that have nothing to do with traditional printing techniques in terms of subject matter or artistic technology cannot be included.
If you have registered by January 31, 2020, your event(s) will be listed in the printed program. Events can still be registered after this date.
In the course of January, we will also set up our own Facebook page for the Day of printing, on which we will report on news and will be happy to share your posts on the subject. More information about this will follow.
