Local authorities threaten to cut subsidies to the GRID Graphic Museum
This week we unfortunately received a disturbing message. Our local municipal and county authorities have decided to ignore the positive advice from the local Arts Council that the GRID Graphic Museum in Groningen should be subsidized. This would mean that for the next four years we won’t receive any structural funding. Although we have a solid financial position, we still need this financial contribution to keep our museum up and running.
Of course we will take action against this decision and have started an online petition.
